A wedding is the most logistically unforgiving event your venue will host. Here's the valet plan that keeps it elegant from arrival to send-off.
Weddings concentrate every operational challenge into a single evening: a sharp arrival window, two separate departure waves, family transport, vendor staging, and zero tolerance for visible chaos.
Plan three windows, not one
Ceremony arrival, reception arrival, and send-off each need their own staffing curve. Treating them as one continuous shift is the most common error in wedding valet.
Protect the photographer's frame
Cones, signage, and attendant positioning are coordinated with the photographer ahead of time. The curb should be invisible in the couple's photos.
Send-off is the photograph
The car waits exactly where the couple expects it. It's washed. The doors are open. The driver knows the route to the hotel. Nothing about the moment is improvised.
