Why uniformed attendants change the entire guest experience
July 18, 2025 · AV Operations Team
The uniform isn't about formality. It's about consistency, recognition, and the signal it sends to your guest before a word is spoken.
Guests form an impression of your venue inside the first 20 feet. Most of that impression is non-verbal — and a uniform does most of the talking.
What a uniform communicates
Consistency: the standard does not change with the day of the week.
Authority: the guest knows who to hand their keys to.
Brand alignment: the curb looks like the lobby.
Accountability: a name badge means the attendant owns the interaction.
